
Medical Science Liaison

- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to support the development and commercialization of company products.
- Serve as a scientific expert and educator, providing accurate and up-to-date medical information to external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address scientific knowledge gaps and support the development of medical strategies.
- Stay current with the latest scientific and clinical developments in relevant therapeutic areas and provide insights to internal teams.
- Plan and execute educational programs, symposia, and advisory boards to enhance the understanding and use of company products.
- Provide medical support for clinical trial activities, including site identification, investigator meetings, and study initiation.
- Respond to medical inquiries and provide accurate and timely medical information to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and provide insights to inform medical strategies.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences, meetings, and other events to enhance visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes.
- Mentor and train internal teams on relevant scientific and medical topics to ensure a high level of understanding and expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and review medical and scientific materials, including publications, presentations, and educational materials.
- Continuously evaluate and improve medical strategies and tactics to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Comply with all company and industry standards for communication and interactions with healthcare professionals.
Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field (E.g. Md, Pharmd, Phd)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research And Drug Development Processes
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Healthcare Professionals
Demonstrated Expertise In Therapeutic Areas Relevant To Eli Lilly And Company, Such As Oncology, Diabetes, Or Neuroscience.
