Eli Lilly and Company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Medical Sales Intern. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn, and passionate about the healthcare industry. The Medical Sales Intern will be a part of a collaborative team working to increase revenue and market share. As a member of the team, this individual will be expected to actively participate in and contribute to the growth and success of the company.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Prior experience in sales, customer service, and/or the healthcare industry is preferred but not required. The Medical Sales Intern must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think critically to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue. The successful candidate will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Responsibilites:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with both new and existing clients.
  3. Monitor industry trends and developments to ensure that the company is up-to-date with the latest information.
  4. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and strategies.
  5. Participate in team meetings and activities.
  6. Prepare presentations and reports as requested.
  7. Assist with sales and marketing initiatives.
  8. Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
  9. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
