Eli Lilly and Company is looking for a talented and motivated Market Research Intern to join our Pharmaceuticals team. As a Market Research Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the market research field while contributing to the development of innovative products and services. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to evaluate customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends in the Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in market research, business, or a related field and at least one year of experience in market research. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and a passion for working in the Pharmaceuticals industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze data related to customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends in the Pharmaceuticals industry.
  2. Utilize market research techniques such as surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other methods to gather data.
  3. Interpret data and draw conclusions about consumer behavior and market trends.
  4. Develop strategies and recommendations based on research findings.
  5. Update existing market research reports and create new ones as needed.
  6. Prepare presentations to summarize research findings and present them to senior management.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Pharmaceuticals industry.
  8. Utilize data analysis software to generate reports and assist in decision-making.
  9. Remain up to date on industry news and trends.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within Eli Lilly to ensure research findings are used effectively.
