- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure the timely and efficient production of pharmaceutical products.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and procedures to maintain the high level of product integrity required by the company.
- Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or process issues to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth production operations.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and their uses.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product launches or process improvements.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Preference Given To Candidates With Technical Or Vocational Training In Manufacturing Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Other Relevant Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues Related To Manufacturing Processes And Equipment.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities, With A Focus On Safety, Quality, And Continuous Improvement.
