  1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality medications that meet all safety and quality standards.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to ensure efficiency and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production and supply of medications.
  5. Perform quality checks and document all manufacturing processes accurately and meticulously.
  6. Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase productivity.
  7. Maintain inventory levels and order necessary materials to support production.
  8. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance at all times.
  9. Train and mentor new team members to ensure a well-trained and competent workforce.
  10. Continuously monitor and identify opportunities for improvement in production processes and systems.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management, sharing updates and maintaining a positive work environment.
  12. Prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of the job, including reporting any safety or quality concerns immediately.
  13. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's mission and values, representing the organization in a professional and positive manner.
  14. Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve processes and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  15. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Fda Regulations.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Issues In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Colleagues From Various Departments.
