- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality medications that meet all safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to ensure efficiency and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production and supply of medications.
- Perform quality checks and document all manufacturing processes accurately and meticulously.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and increase productivity.
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary materials to support production.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance at all times.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure a well-trained and competent workforce.
- Continuously monitor and identify opportunities for improvement in production processes and systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, sharing updates and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of the job, including reporting any safety or quality concerns immediately.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's mission and values, representing the organization in a professional and positive manner.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve processes and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Fda Regulations.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Issues In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Colleagues From Various Departments.
