- Design and deliver innovative learning and development solutions that align with the company's goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop targeted learning programs.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure the effectiveness and relevancy of training materials.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies and tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Evaluate the success of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants to provide specialized learning opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training offerings.
- Partner with HR and leadership to identify and develop high potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for employees on learning and development topics.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs For Various Levels Of Employees, Including Virtual And Blended Learning Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
