  1. Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's mission and goals.
  2. Utilize adult learning principles to design engaging and effective learning experiences.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
  4. Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to deliver training, including e-learning, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on participant feedback and business needs.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development to ensure training programs are innovative and effective.
  7. Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and job aids.
  8. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room reservations, and catering.
  9. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee training records.
  10. Provide guidance and support to employees in their professional development, including creating individual development plans.
  11. Conduct needs assessments and identify skills gaps to inform future training initiatives.
  12. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
  14. Collaborate with HR and management to ensure training programs align with company policies and procedures.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and promote a positive image of Eli Lilly and Company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Instructional Design, Or Training Roles.

  • Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs, Both In-Person And Virtual.
