- Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps within the organization.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences using various instructional techniques and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Serve as a resource and provide guidance to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities.
- Partner with HR and other departments to support employee onboarding and career development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and manage training budgets.
- Utilize learning management systems to track and report on training activities and employee progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive training information.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Eli Lilly and Company by embodying our values and promoting our mission.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Education, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Designing And Implementing Learning And Development Programs
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Diverse Audiences
Experience With Managing And Analyzing Training Data To Measure Effectiveness And Make Recommendations For Improvement.
