  1. Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify learning and development needs within the organization.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
  4. Utilize instructional design methodologies to create interactive and impactful learning experiences.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in adult learning and instructional design to continuously improve learning programs.
  6. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiatives.
  7. Implement learning programs using a variety of delivery methods, such as e-learning, classroom training, and blended learning.
  8. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  9. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and address skill gaps and provide solutions to enhance employee development.
  10. Maintain learning and development records and reports to track progress and measure the impact of training initiatives.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all learning and development activities.
  12. Effectively communicate and promote learning programs to employees to encourage participation and engagement.
  13. Foster a positive learning culture and promote a growth mindset within the organization.
  14. Mentor and coach other team members on instructional design and adult learning principles.
  15. Represent the company at external learning and development events and conferences to stay current on industry trends and network with other professionals in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs And Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Engaging Presentations And Training Sessions.
