  1. Design and develop effective learning and development programs that align with company goals and support employee growth and development.
  2. Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design techniques to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create relevant and targeted learning solutions.
  4. Deliver training programs through a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on participant feedback and business needs.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure programs remain relevant and effective.
  7. Manage and maintain training materials, resources, and learning platforms.
  8. Communicate and promote learning opportunities to employees, including creating marketing materials and managing registration processes.
  9. Create and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to provide specialized training programs when needed.
  10. Collect and analyze training data to measure the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs.
  11. Collaborate with HR and management to identify high-potential employees and design individualized development plans.
  12. Serve as a resource and advisor to managers and employees on training and development opportunities and resources.
  13. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by providing training and resources.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all training and development activities.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Eli Lilly and Company, promoting our mission and values through all interactions and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Training And Development, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design And Training Development.

  • Experience In Delivering And Facilitating Training Programs In A Corporate Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
