  • Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies that support the company's business objectives and promote employee growth and development.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design relevant and engaging learning programs.
  • Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design techniques to create effective training materials, including presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and instructor-led courses.
  • Ensure all learning materials are up to date, accurate, and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization, utilizing a variety of delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, metrics, and assessments, and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development techniques, and incorporate them into the company's training strategy.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to identify and address performance gaps through targeted learning interventions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on learning and development topics and provide guidance and support to employees and leaders seeking to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
  • Communicate with employees and managers to promote learning opportunities and ensure understanding and compliance with training requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Learning And Development Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Evaluating Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Team Members And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
