- Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies that support the company's business objectives and promote employee growth and development.
- Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design relevant and engaging learning programs.
- Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design techniques to create effective training materials, including presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and instructor-led courses.
- Ensure all learning materials are up to date, accurate, and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization, utilizing a variety of delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, metrics, and assessments, and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development techniques, and incorporate them into the company's training strategy.
- Partner with HR and other departments to identify and address performance gaps through targeted learning interventions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on learning and development topics and provide guidance and support to employees and leaders seeking to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
- Communicate with employees and managers to promote learning opportunities and ensure understanding and compliance with training requirements.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Learning And Development Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Demonstrated Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Evaluating Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Team Members And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
