  1. Conduct laboratory experiments and procedures as directed by senior scientists.
  2. Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies for experiments.
  3. Collect, analyze, and record data accurately and efficiently.
  4. Perform routine quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  5. Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of projects.
  6. Assist in the development and optimization of experimental protocols.
  7. Stay updated on current scientific literature and techniques related to assigned projects.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during experiments.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and documentation.
  10. Participate in team meetings and present findings and results to colleagues and management.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  12. Continuously improve laboratory processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Assist in the training and mentoring of new laboratory technicians.
  14. Keep up-to-date with safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all laboratory staff.
  15. Uphold a high standard of quality and accuracy in all experiments and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.

  • Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, Including Safety Protocols And Quality Control Measures.

  • Ability To Accurately Record And Analyze Data, And Effectively Communicate Results To Colleagues And Supervisors.

  • Familiarity With Equipment And Instrumentation Commonly Used In Pharmaceutical Research, Such As Hplc, Pcr, And Elisa.
