  1. Conduct laboratory experiments and tests according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental data and results.
  3. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  4. Prepare and maintain stock solutions, reagents, and culture media.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute experiments.
  7. Analyze and interpret experimental data, and present findings to the team.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during experiments.
  9. Follow all safety and compliance regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific literature and techniques in the field.
  11. Assist in the development and optimization of new laboratory techniques and protocols.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and problem-solving.
  13. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
  14. Contribute to the writing and editing of scientific reports and publications.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve laboratory processes and procedures.
  16. Train and mentor new laboratory technicians or interns.
  17. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and goals.
  18. Demonstrate a passion for science and a drive to make a positive impact through research and development.
  19. Embrace a strong teamwork mentality and work collaboratively with colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Colleagues And Present Findings To A Diverse Audience.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Microbiology.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Accurately Record And Interpret Data.

  • Familiarity With Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) And Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) Standards.
