- Conduct health outcomes research and analysis to evaluate the impact and value of our products on patient outcomes
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including clinical trials, real-world evidence, and patient-reported outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions to improve patient access to our products
- Identify and assess key drivers of healthcare decision-making and provide insights to inform product development and commercialization strategies
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in health outcomes research to continuously improve our methodologies and approaches
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive informed decision-making
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups
- Represent the company at conferences and other industry events to share insights and build partnerships in the field of health outcomes research
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional development and ensure high-quality work
- Adhere to all ethical and compliance guidelines in all research and interactions with external stakeholders.
Advanced Degree In Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Health Outcomes Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Health Economics And Outcomes Research Methodologies, Including Study Design, Data Analysis, And Interpretation.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, And Commercial Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Global Health Outcomes Research Studies, Including Publications In Peer-Reviewed Journals.
