• Conduct health outcomes research and analysis to evaluate the impact and value of our products on patient outcomes
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including clinical trials, real-world evidence, and patient-reported outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions to improve patient access to our products
• Identify and assess key drivers of healthcare decision-making and provide insights to inform product development and commercialization strategies
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in health outcomes research to continuously improve our methodologies and approaches
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive informed decision-making
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups
• Represent the company at conferences and other industry events to share insights and build partnerships in the field of health outcomes research
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional development and ensure high-quality work
