  1. Conduct research and analysis on global health outcomes to inform company strategies and initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement health outcomes research plans to support product development and commercialization efforts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of health outcomes research with business objectives.
  4. Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to generate insights and inform decision-making.
  5. Prepare and present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advances in health outcomes research methodologies.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners.
  8. Lead and/or participate in global research projects and studies.
  9. Contribute to the development and execution of global health outcomes communication and dissemination strategies.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in conducting health outcomes research.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on health outcomes research methodologies and best practices.
  12. Represent the company at conferences, symposiums, and other industry events.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve health outcomes research processes and methodologies.
  14. Collaborate with publication teams to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of research findings.
  15. Contribute to the development of budget and resource allocation for health outcomes research initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Global Health Outcomes Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Advanced Degree In Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Health Economics And Outcomes Research Methodologies, Including Economic Modeling, Patient-Reported Outcomes, And Data Analysis.

  • Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With External Stakeholders, Such As Healthcare Providers, Payers, And Regulatory Agencies.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Outcomes Research Projects On Time And Within Budget.
