  1. Design and execute health outcomes research studies to evaluate the effectiveness and value of Eli Lilly and Company's products on a global scale.
  2. Conduct thorough and rigorous analyses of healthcare data to inform decision making and drive product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research questions and study objectives.
  4. Utilize knowledge and expertise in health economics, epidemiology, and biostatistics to develop and implement study protocols.
  5. Communicate study findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in health outcomes research to inform and improve study design and methodology.
  7. Maintain a strong understanding of global healthcare systems and policies to inform research strategies and ensure compliance.
  8. Partner with external organizations, including academic institutions and government agencies, to further advance the understanding and impact of health outcomes research.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on health outcomes research methodologies and best practices.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to ethical and responsible research practices, with a focus on improving healthcare access and quality for all.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Conducting Health Outcomes Research In A Global Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Health Systems And Policies, With A Focus On Developing Countries

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing Outcomes Research Studies, Including Data Collection And Analysis

  • Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Findings To Diverse Stakeholders, Including Key Opinion Leaders And Regulatory Agencies.
