Job Description

  1. Design and implement health outcomes research studies to contribute to the company's mission of improving patient outcomes and making a positive impact on global public health.
  2. Utilize your expertise in health economics, epidemiology, or related fields to inform and guide research activities.
  3. Stay up-to-date on global health systems and policies to ensure the research is aligned with current regulations and guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop study proposals.
  5. Analyze and interpret data from various sources to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations.
  6. Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to stay informed on emerging trends and opportunities in the field.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior team members to promote their professional growth and development.
  9. Stay current on industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of research studies.
  10. Adhere to ethical and regulatory standards in all research activities.
  11. Contribute to the development and execution of the company's global health outcomes strategy.
  12. Act as a representative of the company by presenting at conferences, participating in industry working groups, and engaging with external stakeholders.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the integration of health outcomes research into overall business strategies.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential challenges or issues that may impact the successful completion of research studies.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of research activities and outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics, Or Biostatistics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Global Health Outcomes Research And Analysis In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Health Policies, Regulations, And Trends, As Well As Experience Working With International Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Designing And Executing Real-World Evidence Studies, Including Observational Studies And Health Economic Evaluations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
