- Develop and implement global health outcomes research strategies to support the launch of new medications.
- Conduct health economics and outcomes research studies to demonstrate the value and impact of our medications on patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of health outcomes research objectives with overall business goals.
- Analyze and interpret health outcomes data to inform decision-making and support product positioning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, guidelines, and regulations related to health outcomes research.
- Present research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and regulatory agencies.
- Identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders and external researchers to support global health outcomes research initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the development of evidence-based value propositions for our medications.
- Support the development and submission of reimbursement dossiers for new medications.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as market access, medical affairs, and commercial, to ensure a comprehensive approach to health outcomes research.
- Mentor and train junior team members on health outcomes research methodologies and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of scientific rigor and ethical standards in all research activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve health outcomes research processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company at relevant conferences, symposia, and other scientific events.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Epidemiology, Health Economics, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Conducting Health Outcomes Research In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing Real-World Evidence Studies To Support Product Development And Commercialization.
Strong Understanding Of Global Health Policies, Regulations, And Healthcare Systems.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas Or R.
