
Global Health Outcomes Scientist

- Conduct health outcomes research studies to gather data and insights on the effectiveness and value of our medicines
- Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and inform product development and commercialization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health outcomes plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to health economics, epidemiology, and health outcomes research
- Contribute to the development of publications and other scientific communications to share research findings
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, payers, and patient organizations, to understand their perspectives and incorporate their insights into our research
- Present research findings and recommendations to internal and external audiences, including leadership teams, regulatory agencies, and professional societies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, as needed
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate in the field of health outcomes research, with a focus on driving positive patient outcomes and access to medicines
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Advanced Degree In Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Conducting Health Outcomes Research In A Global Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Global Health Policies And Regulatory Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Health Outcomes Research Strategies.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Clinical Development, Market Access, And Commercial Teams.
