Global Health Outcomes Scientist

• Conduct health outcomes research studies to gather data and insights on the effectiveness and value of our medicines
• Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and inform product development and commercialization strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health outcomes plans
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to health economics, epidemiology, and health outcomes research
• Contribute to the development of publications and other scientific communications to share research findings
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, payers, and patient organizations, to understand their perspectives and incorporate their insights into our research
• Present research findings and recommendations to internal and external audiences, including leadership teams, regulatory agencies, and professional societies
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, as needed
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate in the field of health outcomes research, with a focus on driving positive patient outcomes and access to medicines
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
