  1. Conduct health economics, outcomes research, and epidemiological analyses to support the development and commercialization of our products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that health outcomes are considered throughout the product development process.
  3. Identify and evaluate key outcomes measures and endpoints to demonstrate the value of our products to patients, healthcare providers, and payers.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including thought leaders, payers, and regulatory agencies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in health outcomes research and incorporate new methodologies and techniques into our analyses.
  6. Support the development and execution of global strategic plans for health outcomes evidence generation.
  7. Prepare and present health outcomes data to internal and external audiences, including at scientific conferences and advisory board meetings.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on health outcomes research methods and best practices.
  10. Contribute to the development of global health outcomes strategy and priorities for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Conducting Health Outcomes Research In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Healthcare Systems And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Experience Designing And Executing Real-World Evidence Studies To Support Product Value Propositions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
