- Develop and implement strategies to demonstrate the value of our products and their impact on patient outcomes.
- Conduct research and analysis to assess the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of our products in different global healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute health outcomes studies and generate evidence to support product value propositions.
- Stay up-to-date with global healthcare trends and regulations to ensure compliance and relevance of health outcomes research.
- Interpret and communicate complex health outcomes data to various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Identify and address data gaps and limitations in health outcomes research, and propose solutions to improve the quality and reliability of evidence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups to gather insights and incorporate patient perspectives into health outcomes research.
- Lead the development of global health outcomes publications, presentations, and other communication materials to share research findings and support product value messaging.
- Develop and manage health outcomes budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of research projects.
- Mentor and train junior health outcomes team members, and provide guidance and support to colleagues across the organization on health outcomes related topics.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Or Biostatistics.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Analyzing Global Health Outcomes Research Studies.
Strong Understanding Of Global Health Systems, Policies, And Regulations.
Proven Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders, Including Academia, Healthcare Providers, And Patient Advocacy Groups.
Demonstrated Proficiency In Statistical Software And Data Analysis Techniques, With A Focus On Health Economics And Outcomes Research (Heor) Methodologies.
