1. Develop and implement strategies to demonstrate the value of our products and their impact on patient outcomes.
2. Conduct research and analysis to assess the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of our products in different global healthcare systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute health outcomes studies and generate evidence to support product value propositions.
4. Stay up-to-date with global healthcare trends and regulations to ensure compliance and relevance of health outcomes research.
5. Interpret and communicate complex health outcomes data to various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
6. Identify and address data gaps and limitations in health outcomes research, and propose solutions to improve the quality and reliability of evidence.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups to gather insights and incorporate patient perspectives into health outcomes research.
8. Lead the development of global health outcomes publications, presentations, and other communication materials to share research findings and support product value messaging.
9. Develop and manage health outcomes budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of research projects.
10. Mentor and train junior health outcomes team members, and provide guidance and support to colleagues across the organization on health outcomes related topics.
