- Conduct health outcomes research: The primary responsibility of the Global Health Outcomes Scientist will be to conduct research to understand the impact of our products on patient outcomes and healthcare systems globally.
- Analyze data: The candidate will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources such as clinical trials, real-world evidence, and patient registries to inform decision making and support product development and commercialization.
- Develop health economic models: The Global Health Outcomes Scientist will be responsible for developing health economic models to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of our products and their impact on healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including clinical development, market access, and commercial teams to ensure the integration of health outcomes data into product development and commercialization strategies.

- Present findings: The Global Health Outcomes Scientist will be responsible for presenting research findings to internal stakeholders, external partners, and at scientific conferences.
- Support product launch: The successful candidate will be involved in developing strategies and tools to support the successful launch of our products, including value dossiers, health economic data, and reimbursement submissions.
- Drive innovation: The candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative approaches to health outcomes research, such as real-world evidence studies and patient-centric research.
- Maintain compliance: The candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) guidelines for health outcomes research.
- Mentor junior team members: The Global Health Outcomes Scientist will play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members to build a strong and capable health outcomes team.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Epidemiology, Public Health, Or Health Economics
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Conducting Health Outcomes Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Global Health Systems And Policies, With Experience Working In Diverse International Settings
Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Modeling Techniques, With Experience Using Software Such As Sas Or R
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Findings To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
