As a Drug Safety Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our products by monitoring and reporting adverse events.   1. Monitor adverse events: Continuously monitor and review adverse event reports to ensure timely and accurate identification, evaluation, and reporting of potential safety issues.
  2. Reporting: Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders following company and regulatory guidelines.
  3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to pharmacovigilance and drug safety.
  4. Data Management: Collect, collate, and maintain accurate and complete data related to adverse events, including case processing and documentation.
  5. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk management plans to ensure the safety and effectiveness of products.
  6. Signal Detection: Utilize various safety databases and signal detection tools to identify potential safety signals and take appropriate actions.
  7. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory authorities, regarding adverse event reports.
  8. Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and quality of all safety data and reports, and assist in audits and inspections as needed.
  9. Training: Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines and provide training to internal stakeholders as needed.
  10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to ensure effective and timely communication and alignment on safety-related matters.
  11. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures related to drug safety.
  12. Patient Safety: Maintain a strong commitment to patient safety and contribute to the overall mission of the company to deliver life-changing medicines to patients worldwide.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Drug Safety Or Pharmacovigilance, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Company.

  • Working Knowledge Of Fda And International Drug Safety Regulations And Guidelines.

  • Experience With Pharmacovigilance Databases, Adverse Event Reporting, And Safety Signal Detection.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle And Prioritize Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
