  1. Monitor and evaluate the safety of pharmaceutical products produced by Eli Lilly and Company.
  2. Analyze and interpret safety data to identify potential safety issues and report them to regulatory authorities.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacovigilance and drug safety regulations and guidelines.
  4. Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses of adverse events and safety concerns.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed safety reports, including adverse event reports and periodic safety update reports.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement risk management strategies.
  7. Proactively identify potential safety risks and work with internal teams to mitigate them.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in drug safety regulations and guidelines.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on drug safety and pharmacovigilance within the company.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide drug safety policies and procedures.
  11. Communicate safety concerns and recommendations to senior management.
  12. Collaborate with global safety teams to ensure consistency and compliance with global safety standards.
  13. Train and educate internal teams on drug safety and pharmacovigilance best practices.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the handling of sensitive safety information.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and ensure that all processes and procedures are in place to minimize potential harm to patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Knowledge Of Global Drug Safety Regulations And Guidelines, Including Fda And Ema Requirements.
