1. Develop and implement clinical trial protocols in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, and data management to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
3. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to support decision making and ensure accurate reporting of trial results.
4. Monitor and manage trial progress, including enrollment, data collection, and safety reporting.
5. Contribute to the development of new research strategies and innovative approaches to improve trial efficiency and patient outcomes.
6. Stay current with industry trends and developments in clinical research to inform trial design and execution.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
8. Communicate trial progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including investigators and regulatory authorities.
9. Lead and/or participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the development of study-related documents.
10. Mentor and train junior team members on clinical research processes and procedures.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in clinical trial conduct.
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
13. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings.
14. Uphold high ethical standards and follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
15. Contribute to the development of scientific publications and presentations.
