- Develop and implement clinical trial protocols in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, and data management to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to support decision making and ensure accurate reporting of trial results.
- Monitor and manage trial progress, including enrollment, data collection, and safety reporting.
- Contribute to the development of new research strategies and innovative approaches to improve trial efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in clinical research to inform trial design and execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Communicate trial progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including investigators and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the development of study-related documents.
- Mentor and train junior team members on clinical research processes and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in clinical trial conduct.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings.
- Uphold high ethical standards and follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of scientific publications and presentations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Pharmacology, Medicine, Or Biology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Analysis, And Regulatory Requirements.
Demonstrated Ability To Think Critically, Problem-Solve, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
