- Conduct and oversee clinical research studies to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new treatments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols.
- Monitor and analyze data from clinical trials to identify trends and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Communicate study results and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clinical research.
- Identify and propose new research opportunities to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners.
- Provide expert scientific guidance and support to project teams.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of research projects.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share research findings and progress.
- Contribute to the development and review of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a clinical trial.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the clinical research process.
- Act as a subject matter expert for clinical research and provide guidance to other departments within the company.
- Uphold company values and ethics in all interactions and decisions.
Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field: A Clinical Research Scientist At Eli Lilly And Company Should Possess A Phd Or Equivalent Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Medicine.
Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Research Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Analysis, And Regulatory Guidelines. This Includes Experience With Various Phases Of Clinical Trials And Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.
Experience In Drug Development: Eli Lilly And Company Is A Leading Pharmaceutical Company, And Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Drug Development, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Includes Experience With Clinical Trial Management And Drug Safety Evaluation.
