- Lead and contribute to the planning, design, and execution of clinical research studies in accordance with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including key opinion leaders and clinical trial sites, to support the successful execution of clinical studies.
- Monitor and analyze clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards and study protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatistics, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to support the development and submission of study protocols, data analysis plans, and study reports.
- Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in clinical research methodologies, drug development, and disease areas relevant to the company's portfolio.
- Provide scientific expertise and support to clinical trial teams, including training and guidance on study protocols, data collection, and adverse event reporting.
- Participate in the review and interpretation of study results, contribute to the development of clinical study reports, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies throughout the clinical trial process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental processes, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and quality in clinical research.
- Participate in scientific and medical discussions to support the development of new products and strategies for existing products.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences, meetings, and other relevant events to enhance the company's reputation and promote scientific exchange.
- Support the mentorship and development of junior team members and provide guidance and training in clinical research methodologies and best practices.
Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Chemistry.
Experience Conducting Clinical Research Studies, Including Protocol Design, Data Collection And Analysis, And Publication Of Results.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Research.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
Ability To Think Critically And Problem-Solve In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
