  1. Conduct and manage clinical research studies in accordance with company protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Interact with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement clinical trials.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex clinical data to support decision-making and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders to support the advancement of research and development projects.
  5. Monitor study progress and ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulations.
  6. Identify and address any potential issues or risks that may impact the success of clinical trials.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the research team to develop and implement strategies for patient recruitment and retention.
  8. Contribute to the development and writing of clinical research documents, such as study protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in clinical research to improve processes and procedures.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and ethical conduct in all aspects of clinical research.
  11. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to other team members, supporting their development and growth.
  12. Participate in scientific conferences and present research findings to internal and external audiences.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Life Sciences: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree, And Preferably A Phd, In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Clinical Research Is Required For This Position. This Educational Background Provides A Strong Foundation In Scientific Principles And Research Methodologies Necessary For The Role.

  • Experience In Clinical Research: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing Clinical Trials. Previous Experience Working In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company Is Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines: A Strong Understanding Of Global Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Clinical Trials Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have Experience With Fda And/Or Ema Regulations, As Well As Ich Guidelines.

  • Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Clinical Research Scientist, The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Draw Meaningful Conclusions Is Crucial. Candidates Should Possess Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, As Well As The Ability To Problem Solve And Think Creatively.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork: Effective Communication And Collaboration Are Essential For Success In This Role. Candidates Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment. Additionally, Experience Presenting Scientific Data To Both Internal And External Stakeholders Is Highly Desirable.
