- Conduct and oversee clinical research studies to support the development of new pharmaceutical products.
- Design and implement research protocols, ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze and interpret data from clinical studies, providing insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute clinical trials, including study design, site selection, and monitoring.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance in all research activities.
- Communicate study progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and publishing in scientific journals.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues related to clinical research, proactively finding solutions to ensure study success.
- Contribute to the development of new drug candidates by providing scientific expertise and strategic input.
- Mentor and train junior research staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and ethical practices in all aspects of clinical research.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials
Advanced Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Research)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Or Drug Development
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Clinical Research Projects
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
