  1. Conduct and oversee clinical research studies in accordance with company protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Analyze and interpret data from clinical trials to support the development of new medicines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, and commercial colleagues to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
  4. Coordinate and manage study timelines, budgets, and resources.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on clinical research topics and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  6. Develop and review clinical study documents, such as protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  7. Participate in study site selection, initiation, and monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
  8. Communicate with investigators, study coordinators, and other study personnel to ensure proper study conduct and data collection.
  9. Identify and escalate any potential issues or risks that may impact study timelines or data quality.
  10. Contribute to the development and review of clinical study publications, presentations, and other scientific materials.
  11. Support the development of new research proposals and clinical development plans.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized study documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the clinical trial process.
  13. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, as needed.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of clinical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Clinical Research.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Clinical Trial Design.

  • Experience In Conducting And Analyzing Clinical Research Studies, Including Protocol Development And Statistical Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Clinical Research, Such As Gcp And Ich.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Both Scientific And Non-Scientific Audiences.
