- Conduct clinical research studies: Design and execute clinical research studies to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of our pipeline of innovative therapies.
- Analyze data: Utilize statistical methods to analyze and interpret data collected from clinical studies, and present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies during the design, execution, and reporting of clinical studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on study objectives and timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with scientific developments: Continuously monitor scientific literature and attend conferences to stay informed about the latest developments in the field and incorporate them into study design and analysis.
- Manage study timelines and budgets: Develop and manage study timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of studies within allocated resources.
- Communicate study progress: Provide regular updates on study progress to stakeholders and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Ensure data integrity: Ensure the accurate and timely collection, management, and reporting of clinical trial data.
- Contribute to study protocols and regulatory submissions: Assist in the development of study protocols and contribute to regulatory submissions for clinical studies.
- Mentor junior team members: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Uphold company values: Uphold the company's core values of integrity, excellence, and respect in all aspects of work.
- Attend training and development programs: Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in clinical research and therapeutic areas.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Analysis, And Regulatory Requirements.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams.
Demonstrated Expertise In Project Management, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
