  1. Conduct and oversee clinical research studies to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and overall impact of new pharmaceutical products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical research protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  3. Analyze and interpret clinical data to inform decision-making and support product development.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and external research partners.
  5. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in clinical research, and apply this knowledge to enhance study design and execution.
  6. Manage and monitor study timelines, budgets, and resources, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  7. Communicate study progress and results to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at scientific conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
  8. Contribute to the development of study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and other documents necessary for regulatory submissions.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards throughout the entire research process.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert and provide scientific expertise to support decision-making for clinical research projects.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and medical affairs, to develop and execute strategies for product commercialization.
  13. Maintain accurate and complete records of all study activities, including data management and documentation.
  14. Uphold the company's values and code of conduct, promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and ethical behavior.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Pharmacology, Biology, Chemistry)

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
