  13. Contribute to the development of study protocols, clinical study reports, and other regulatory documents.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and scientific advancements to ensure the use of innovative techniques and methodologies in clinical research.
  15. Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  16. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the clinical research team.
  17. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings, and build relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.
  18. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of clinical research activities.
  19. Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members.

Job Qualifications
  • A Phd In A Relevant Scientific Discipline, Such As Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.
