Job Description

  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical research.

  6. Monitor and manage timelines, budgets, and resources for clinical studies.
  7. Communicate study results and data to internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to clinical research.
  9. Contribute to the development of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
  10. Participate in scientific discussions and provide expertise and insights on clinical research.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to clinical studies.
  12. Mentor and train junior staff members on clinical research practices and procedures.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve clinical research processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
  14. Represent the company at conferences and scientific meetings to share research findings and promote the company's reputation in the industry.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Chemistry.

  • Previous Experience Conducting Clinical Research Studies, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
