- Conduct and oversee clinical research studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of new pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trial protocols.
- Analyze and interpret clinical trial data and present findings to senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators in the medical community.
- Participate in the development of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
- Manage and coordinate clinical trial activities, including site selection, contract negotiations, and study timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to clinical research associates and other team members.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in clinical research and drug development.
- Contribute to the preparation of study reports, publications, and presentations.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all study activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of study participants.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical research processes and procedures.
- Uphold the company's values and code of conduct in all interactions and activities.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Pharmd, Md, Phd)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Design, Implementation, And Regulatory Requirements
Familiarity With Statistical Analysis And Data Management
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams.
