
Clinical Research Scientist

- Conduct and oversee clinical research studies in accordance with company protocols and industry standards.
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols, including study endpoints and data collection methods.
- Analyze and interpret data from clinical trials, and present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations, to ensure timely and accurate execution of clinical trials.
- Manage relationships with external research partners, including investigators and contract research organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific literature and advances in the field, and incorporate new knowledge into clinical research strategies.
- Develop and maintain study documents, including informed consent forms, study protocols, and clinical study reports.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the conduct of clinical trials.
- Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and participating in scientific discussions.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices within the clinical research team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all study activities and data.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of clinical trials.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the clinical research team.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacology, Biology, Or Medicine
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Analysis, And Regulatory Requirements
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams
Experience With Project Management, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
