9. Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting at conferences and participating in scientific discussions.
11. Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
12. Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices within the clinical research team.
13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all study activities and data.
14. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of clinical trials.
