Job Description

Eli Lilly and Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate (Pharma) to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about developing and executing strategies to enhance our competitive position in the pharmaceutical market. If you are an experienced professional with the drive, dedication, and business acumen needed to succeed in this role, we invite you to apply.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical sales and/or business development role. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and product expansion.

Responsibilites:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's competitive position in the pharmaceutical market.
  2. Monitor industry trends and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for product expansion.
  3. Develop and implement business plans to reach sales targets.
  4. Utilize marketing and sales strategies to generate leads and convert them to customers.
  5. Create and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and customers.
  6. Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Prepare and present reports on progress and achievements.
  8. Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  9. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
