  1. Design, optimize, and troubleshoot bioprocessing systems to ensure efficient and high-quality production of medicines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new bioprocessing technologies and techniques.
  3. Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  4. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and batch records.
  5. Monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines in all bioprocessing activities.
  7. Participate in technology transfer and scale-up activities for new and existing processes.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in bioprocessing technologies.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on bioprocessing techniques and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source new equipment and materials for bioprocessing.
  11. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to production teams.
  12. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Adhere to ethical standards and uphold the company's commitment to improving human health.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development And Optimization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Bioprocess Principles, Including Fermentation, Downstream Processing, And Process Scale-Up.

  • Experience With Process Design And Validation, Including Statistical Process Control And Risk Assessment.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team.
