- Design and develop bioprocesses for the production of pharmaceuticals.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize bioprocesses and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and manufacturing personnel to ensure successful implementation of bioprocesses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bioprocesses to ensure smooth production.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into bioprocess development.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate project updates and results to team members and management.
- Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of timelines and budgets.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and interns in bioprocess development and manufacturing techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize production processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary materials and equipment for bioprocess development and manufacturing.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and mission.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development And Scale-Up In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Strong Understanding Of Bioprocess Engineering Principles And Experience With Various Bioreactor Systems And Downstream Purification Techniques.
Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Process Validation And Technology Transfer.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
