  1. Develop and optimize biopharmaceutical processes to produce high-quality, life-saving medications.
  2. Utilize scientific principles and knowledge to design and troubleshoot bioprocesses.
  3. Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve process efficiency and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all bioprocess development activities.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the bioprocess development and production phases.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in bioprocessing technology and make recommendations for their implementation.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers and scientists in bioprocess engineering techniques.
  9. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and results.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments, data, and reports.
  11. Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or A Related Field

  • Experience In Bioprocess Development And Optimization, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry Setting

  • Knowledge Of Cgmp Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements For Biopharmaceutical Production

  • Familiarity With Various Bioprocess Equipment, Such As Bioreactors, Filtration Systems, And Chromatography Columns

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Bioprocesses To Improve Efficiency And Yield.
