- Develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of biopharmaceuticals.
- Conduct experiments to improve process efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Perform scale-up studies to ensure successful transfer of processes from lab to manufacturing scale.
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide solutions to maintain production timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Prepare and present technical reports and data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in process validation activities and provide technical support for validation studies.
- Implement and maintain process control strategies to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
- Train and mentor junior team members on bioprocessing techniques and technologies.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to assess and integrate new technologies into bioprocesses.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide expertise and insights on bioprocessing.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development, Optimization, And Scale-Up.
Strong Understanding Of Fda And Cgmp Regulations And Guidelines.
Experience With Designing And Troubleshooting Bioreactor Systems And Downstream Processing Equipment.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Process Control Techniques.
