  1. Develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of biopharmaceuticals.
  2. Conduct experiments to improve process efficiency, yield, and product quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  4. Perform scale-up studies to ensure successful transfer of processes from lab to manufacturing scale.
  5. Troubleshoot process issues and provide solutions to maintain production timelines.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing to continuously improve processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  8. Prepare and present technical reports and data to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Participate in process validation activities and provide technical support for validation studies.
  10. Implement and maintain process control strategies to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on bioprocessing techniques and technologies.
  12. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve process efficiency.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to assess and integrate new technologies into bioprocesses.
  14. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide expertise and insights on bioprocessing.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development, Optimization, And Scale-Up.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda And Cgmp Regulations And Guidelines.

  • Experience With Designing And Troubleshooting Bioreactor Systems And Downstream Processing Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Process Control Techniques.
