  1. Develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of pharmaceutical products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes.
  3. Ensure the highest quality and efficiency of bioprocesses.
  4. Stay updated with current industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments and results.
  6. Follow cGMP regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and present findings to stakeholders.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  9. Conduct process validation studies and support regulatory submissions.
  10. Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  13. Attend relevant conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for bioprocessing and provide technical support to other departments.
  15. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  16. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and optimize processes.
  17. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to improve processes.
  18. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide input and make recommendations.
  19. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development Or Manufacturing In The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Bioprocess Principles, Including Fermentation, Cell Culture, Purification, And Downstream Processing.

  • Experience With Process Scale-Up And Technology Transfer From Benchtop To Pilot And/Or Commercial Scale.

  • Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Compliance Requirements For Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing.
