- Develop and optimize biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production of medicines.
- Utilize expertise in bioprocessing techniques to troubleshoot and improve existing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and technicians to design and implement process improvements.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and innovations in bioprocessing to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all aspects of bioprocessing.
- Document and communicate process changes and improvements to team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process control strategies to maintain consistent and reliable production.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on bioprocessing techniques and protocols.
- Participate in technology transfer and scale-up activities to support the commercialization of new products.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to evaluate and introduce new technologies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of process development and optimization activities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocessing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Guidelines.
Knowledge Of Various Bioprocessing Techniques Such As Fermentation, Cell Culture, Purification, And Downstream Processing.
Experience With Process Optimization, Scale-Up, And Technology Transfer.
