- Develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of biopharmaceuticals, in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality and efficient production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the bioprocess development and production phases.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to enhance bioprocess development and production.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of all bioprocess development activities and results.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of bioprocess development projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in bioprocess engineering, and incorporate new knowledge and techniques into company practices.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the laboratory and production environments.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in bioprocess development principles and techniques.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other industry events to showcase our bioprocess capabilities and expertise.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development Or Manufacturing In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes, Including Cell Culture, Fermentation, Downstream Purification, And Analytical Techniques.
Experience With Process Development, Scale-Up, And Technology Transfer Of Biologics From Benchtop To Commercial Production.
Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Biologics Manufacturing, Including Cgmp And Fda Regulations.
