- Design and optimize bioprocesses to ensure efficient and cost-effective production of life-saving medications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the bioprocess development and production stages.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies and stay current with industry advancements to continually improve bioprocesses.
- Collaborate with a team of scientists and engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bioprocesses.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the development and production of biopharmaceuticals.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support drug development projects and provide technical expertise.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and scientists in bioprocess engineering principles and techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate project updates, results, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of experiments, results, and process changes.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimizations to drive business success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Represent the company and its values in all interactions with external partners and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Engineering, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Bioprocess Principles And Techniques, Including Fermentation, Cell Culture, And Purification.
Experience With Process Development And Optimization, As Well As Scale-Up And Technology Transfer.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Identify Solutions To Complex Technical Issues.
