- Design and develop bioprocesses for the production of pharmaceutical products.
- Perform process optimization and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of bioprocesses with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing technology.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and participate in technology transfer and scale-up activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
- Analyze data and generate reports to communicate results and recommendations to management.
- Participate in the development and execution of validation protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and other team members.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Engineering In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Gmp And Fda Regulations Related To Bioprocess Development And Manufacturing.
Experience With Process Scale-Up, Technology Transfer, And Validation Of Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
