  1. Develop and optimize biopharmaceutical processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective production of medicines and treatments.
  2. Conduct research and experiments to improve and scale-up existing bioprocesses.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to bioprocesses.
  5. Use innovative thinking to develop new and improved bioprocessing techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into bioprocess development.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on bioprocessing techniques and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source necessary materials and equipment.
  11. Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and expertise.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to provide updates on progress and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development And Manufacturing In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Expertise In Developing And Optimizing Bioprocesses For The Production Of Various Biologics, Such As Monoclonal Antibodies, Recombinant Proteins, And Vaccines.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Cgmp Guidelines For Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Bioprocesses To Improve Efficiency And Productivity.
