- Lead and participate in the design, development, and optimization of biopharmaceutical processes to support the production of life-saving medications.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and technicians to support process development and troubleshooting.
- Utilize your expertise in biotechnology and engineering principles to develop and execute process improvement projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing technology and incorporate them into process design and optimization.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and review of process documents, including standard operating procedures, batch records, and validation protocols.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during process scale-up and transfer to commercial production.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
- Mentor and train junior team members on technical concepts and best practices.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events to stay connected with the latest advancements and share knowledge and best practices.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Or Related Industry.
Knowledge Of Bioprocessing Principles, Including Cell Culture And Fermentation Techniques.
Experience With Process Development And Optimization, Including Statistical Analysis And Experimental Design.
Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Cgmp Guidelines For Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing.
