- Develop and optimize bioprocesses for the production of biopharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Scale up bioprocesses from benchtop to pilot and commercial scales.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful and compliant manufacturing processes.
- Generate and maintain documentation, such as process development reports and standard operating procedures, to support regulatory submissions.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into bioprocess development.
- Participate in technology transfer activities to support the transfer of processes to manufacturing sites.
- Support process validation and process performance qualification activities.
- Train and mentor junior team members on bioprocess engineering principles and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all aspects of bioprocess development and manufacturing.
- Participate in meetings and communicate updates and progress to management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and implement new technologies and processes.
- Contribute to cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold the company's values and code of conduct in all interactions and activities.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Bioprocess Principles, Including Cell Culture, Bioreactor Operations, And Downstream Processing.
Experience With Process Validation And Regulatory Requirements In A Cgmp Environment.
