- Conduct research and development activities to improve and optimize bioprocesses for the production of pharmaceutical products.
- Design and implement new bioprocesses, including process development, scale-up, and technology transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to bioprocesses, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans and timelines.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to monitor and improve process performance.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of experimental procedures, results, and data analysis.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing technology.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior team members on bioprocess engineering principles and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external partners to provide updates and share project progress.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance bioprocess efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development and launch activities.
- Contribute to the development of SOPs, protocols, and other technical documents.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Represent the company at conferences, symposia, and other industry events to stay informed about the latest developments in bioprocessing.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Bioprocess Development, Optimization, And Scale-Up In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Bioprocess Validation.
Proven Experience In Designing And Executing Experiments, Data Analysis, And Process Troubleshooting.
Excellent Communication And Team Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
